Yes — offline-first is the architecture, not a feature. Collections capture completely without signal (weights, signatures, photos, GPS) and sync automatically when the device reconnects. Load shedding and basement loading docks were design inputs, not surprises.

Three weeks is typical: one week of configuration with our team, one week piloting a single truck alongside your paper, then fleet switch-over. You keep paper as backup as long as you want it.

Facilities get proof-of-collection emails automatically, and portal access shows their history, certificates and monthly reports. They see their records — never your internals, pricing or other clients.

Every client and collection carries its IPWIS registration number, and records are structured for SA chain-of-custody reporting. Direct IPWIS submission is on the roadmap; today you export what you need in seconds.

You do, without qualification. Your custody records, client list and history are exportable at any time, in open formats. If you ever leave, the ledger leaves with you.

Plans are month-to-month after the pilot. We'd rather keep you with a product that works than with a signature.
