Customer support

You're never a ticket number.

Software only digitises an operation if the people running it are carried through the change. Support isn't a department at Landalog — it's most of what onboarding is.

Guided onboarding

We load your clients, waste catalogue, ceilings, surcharge rates and drivers with you — your operation is configured before your first collection, not after.

Data migration

Client lists in spreadsheets, histories in filing cabinets — we bring across what matters so day one starts with your real book, not an empty screen.

Driver training that sticks

The app is built to need almost none, and we train your drivers on their own routes anyway. Most are collecting confidently within a shift.

SA-hours human support

Phone and WhatsApp support in South African hours, from people who understand waste operations. Critical issues get a person, immediately.

Onboarding

From paper to live in three weeks.

  1. Week 1

    Configure

Clients, waste catalogue, ceilings, surcharge rates, facilities and users loaded together with our team.

  2. Week 2

    Pilot

One truck runs its real route on Landalog alongside your paper — drivers trained on their own collections.

  3. Week 3

    Switch over

The whole fleet moves across. Paper becomes the backup, then quietly retires.

Who builds this

By waste people, for waste people.

Landalog wasn't designed in a boardroom. It was shaped by the realities of running collection routes in South Africa: drivers with gloves on, sites with no signal, load shedding mid-shift, auditors who want originals, and clients who phone at 16:55 on a Friday for a certificate. We built the system we wished we'd had.

Domain-first design

The custody model, the variance flags, the surcharge rules — they exist because operators asked for them, not because a product manager imagined them.

South African by default

SAST timestamps, IPWIS numbers on every record, offline-first for real-world connectivity, and support in your timezone.

Support that knows the work

When you call, you talk to someone who knows what a treatment facility rejection is — not a script.

Talk to someone who knows the work.

Bring your hardest operational question to the demo. If Landalog can't handle it, we'll tell you.
